End User License Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

By using CollectFlo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, CollectFlo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes in accordance with these terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may use CollectFlo to:

• Automate follow-up communications for unpaid invoices
• Sync with your QuickBooks Online account
• Track payment statuses and collection activities
• Manage customer communication preferences

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service to harass or abuse customers

5. Data and Privacy

CollectFlo will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your business data, and we will not share it with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service.

6. QuickBooks Integration

When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, you authorize CollectFlo to access your invoice and customer data necessary to provide collection services. We will only access data required for the Service functionality.

7. Service Availability

While we strive for high availability, CollectFlo is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service availability.

8. Subscription and Payment

Use of CollectFlo requires an active subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

9. Limitation of Liability

CollectFlo's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our data retention policy.

11. Support

Support is provided via email and our help documentation. We strive to respond to support requests within 24 hours during business days.

12. Changes to Agreement

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
